This weekend we celebrated Ty! We started the weekend with his birthday on Friday and ended it celebrating Father's Day today. Friday his mom made him a birthday breakfast which was so yummy! He took Friday off but ended up working on the cars most of the day changing the oil and air filters in both my car and his truck. Ty is always serving our family and he continually works so hard! Friday night we had some friends over to eat fajitas and swim. Jake made sure we had a cake for Ty and that he blew out his candles…so he helped!
Saturday Ty went fishing in his kayak in the gulf with a couple of buddies. He came home sunburned, but happy because they caught lots of fish. I see another fish fry in our near future. Today we went to church and then had Al and Jonesa over for a Father's Day lunch. The kids showed off their swimming tricks for Papa and Jo Jo.
I am so blessed to have Ty as my husband and the father of Jake and Grace. He blesses us daily with the quiet way he is always serving us and serving others as well. He loves God and is instilling that in our children through his example. So Happy Birthday and Happy Father's Day to my wonderful man!
