Hopefully, it will happen this morning. We're also praying that this third open heart surgery will be the one to be long-lasting for Jake!
We've got our prayer bracelets on, grandparents ready, coffee made, and we're ready to go.
Yesterday…everyone wearing their "Jake" shirts from the walk at the hospital. I'm pretty sure that Jake has a few grandparents who love him :)
